CONCEPT
Niseko is one of the snowiest areas in Hokkaido.
The more than 10 meters of snow
that falls each winter
seeps into the ground beneath Mt. Yotei in spring
and undergoes a natural filtration process over decades.
Using this purified water,
Yotei Beer is meticulously brewed.

Yotei Beer is bottled unfiltered with the yeast remaining.
We bottle our beer directly from tanks upon order and ship it,
ensuring the flavors always remain fresh.

Nestled in a forest at the base of Mt. Yotei, Lupicia Brewery features large windows showcasing rows of fermentation tanks.Alongside its standard lineup, the brewery also produces limited-edition seasonal beers and tea-infused beers leveraging the expertise of the global specialty tea store Lupicia.
